A one-page espionage TTRPG in an alternate history 1940's. Assassinate Aleksander Von Korte on his opulent airship, The Watchful Luftrahmer.

Overview:

Operation Final Monarch is a one-page Tabletop RPG for 4-6 players. One player will act as the GM, providing obstacles, portraying passengers, and describing the Watchful Luftrahmer. You play as Infiltrators, spies from the fallen countries around Arstarkan. Your final mission is to kill Aleksander Von Korte.

When situations get risky you gamble with danger and can always push your luck to try to succeed in any situation. Be careful not to roll a 1 though, as a devastating consequence will soon follow. Use can also use your leverage over the passengers of the Watchful Luftrahmer, asking them questions they don’t want to answer or enacting your special abilities.

When it all comes crashing down you will have to reveal your secrets to the other players. What do you really think about them? Are you secretly in love or hold a seed of resentment?

Setting:

This game takes place in an alternative history focusing on 1940-1950. The entire plot is resolved on the Watchful Luftrahmer. A maze-like airship that is only made possible through the Machine Priest’s prowess. This blimp resembles a cruise ship in the sky, including storage rooms, performance halls, dining halls, pools and relaxation rooms, sleep quarters, crew quarters, mess halls, navigation rooms, private suites, and of course, Alexander’s throne room. 

The Machine Priests on the ship are connected to it and it to them. They will have rooms for worship and spaces inside and outside the metal hall for the engineering work. The ship itself is one large ecosystem that the players need to navigate their way through. The setting is not completely grounded with steam-powder machinery and soft fantastical elements. Glue it together into an atmosphere you shape while you play.

What do you need:

• 4-6 people, one acting as the GM
• These sheets printed (Playbooks double-sided flip on top) and folded
• A handful of dice ranging from d4's to d20's
• Pencils and Scissors (optional but useful)
